Sleep disorders

Sleep disorders are very common in the general population, often associated with a worse quality of life, and can have significant personal consequences.

Many supplements aim to improve sleep quality, but using natural remedies is often very effective.

Valerian ( Valeriana Officinalis), used in Galenic preparations as a root, has sleep-improving and anxiolytic effects, thanks to the modulation of GABA-ergic transmission.

Lavender essential oil ( Lavandula angustifolia Mill. ) also has anxiolytic properties, generating a state of relaxation and can help in the early stages of falling asleep.

Valerian root extract, in synergy with Lavender essential oil, improves sleep duration by reducing the time it takes to fall asleep and decreasing night-time awakenings.
